Our walking group meet in the church car park every Tuesday at 1pm.

Our afternoon walks are usually around 5/6 miles but in summer we have days away when we take a packed lunch and go further afield walking around 10/12 miles.

Walking boots are advised as some of the routes can be muddy. Fun and friendship is at the heart of our group and always pleased to welcome new members.

“Whose We Are and Whom We Serve”

Our Guild has 30 plus members and we meet on the 2nd. Monday of each month at 2pm in the Kenmore Hall. Meetings are held from September till April.

The programme for the meetings include speakers, local and national. But there is always time for socilaising over a cuppa! We meet up with other local Guilds for Christmas Carols and the World Day of Prayer. A Musical Evening is held with our friends in the local Sheltered Housing Complex at Queen’s Court.

Highlights of the Guild Year include Christmas Lunch and the Summer Outing.

Fund raising is done by holding a coffee morning and an afternoon tea. The money raised goes to the various projects which the Guild supports.

With support from the congregation, we also fill shoeboxes at Christmas for Blythswood Care.

You will be made very welcome!
